What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Do we ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, but we are planning on setting up international sales channels.
What shipping methods do we offer?
We offer both standard (2-3 days) shipping and also express (1-2 days) shipping.
How long does my seed take to germinate?

How much sunshine does the seeds require?
Can I try growing alternative plants?
Yes, feel free to grow what ever you like. The Sill range is optimized for leafy greens and herbs. It might struggle to grow other vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers etc. Note, the sill range is not suitable for house plants.
